Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: June 17, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses CertReel. By using the Service you agree not to misuse it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You may not use CertReel to:

  • Break the law or facilitate illegal activity, or violate the rights of others.
  • Create, upload, or distribute content that is infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
  • Upload material you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted documents, brand assets, or third-party personal information you are not authorized to provide.
  • Generate or distribute false, misleading, or deceptive training content, or issue or imply certificates that you know to be false or that misrepresent a person’s training, qualifications, or compliance status.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service or its users.
  • Circumvent usage limits, credits, the watch/completion controls, authentication, or any access restriction; or access accounts, trainings, or data that are not yours.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service, or use it to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model.
  • Overload, disrupt, or impair the Service or the infrastructure of our providers, including through excessive automated requests.
  • Use the Service to send spam, or to enroll people who have not agreed to receive training from your organization.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so to operate and protect the Service.

To report abuse or content that violates this AUP, contact founder@bookittechnologies.com.

Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on CertReel infringes your copyright, email founder@bookittechnologies.com with: a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
